Stand for Dyson Airwrap with cable guide.

I suggest first print a small part of the top of the base piece to check if it fits the Dyson Airwrap correctly before printing the entire base and top piece. With my printer settings, it is a good but not too tight fit.

Printer settings:

• Printhead temperature 200 degC
• Baseplate temperature 60 degC
• Print resolution: 0.2mm (0.4mm nozzle)
• Base piece: no supports
• Top piece: flip around by 180 degrees so it sits flat on the baseplate, use support for the cable guide part only. The rest should print without supports - might need to adjust slicer settings to increase minimum angle that needs support to 50.

I glued the 2 pieces together with superglue, which is not ideal. Using tape to make the assembly a tight but removable fit would be better, as the top piece might get damaged over time and can then be re-printed. Once glued, both pieces will need to be re-printed.

I used FreeCAD to make the two pieces. When exporting to STL, be careful with the settings. Standard Mesh settings will lead to an uneven surface on the sides - mesh angle should be 5 degrees or less.
