In the end, I opted to create the portcullis from wooden popsicle sticks instead of plastic to maintain the wood grain aspect to match the wood veneer on the drawbridge door.

Have a gate, need a portcullis? Well, then this little portcullis might do the job. Scale it to size and give it a try!

I modeled this quickly in Rhino and then exported the .stl file. I then attempted to clean it up in netfabb. You'll need it orient it and optionally print with some support structure, maybe some rafting.

I'd be happy to hear issues, but your best (and quickest) bet is just to clean it up to fit your own needs.
