This print allows a dial indicator to be extended and threaded into a 14mm spark plug for use in finding TDC and setting ignition timing. There are two lengths of pins, "ES" and "HS", for the two main length of spark plugs found on mopeds (which is what I designed this for). This is for 8mm shank dial indicators.
