A 3d-printable bidirectional vent fan generator.

Fan properties:

• Highly parametric using OnShape
• Bidirectional, it can work equally in both directions
• As a vent fan, it is optimised for turning inside a cylinder duct
• Easy to print, blades can be printed in "Vase" mode, giving them a very smooth surface

Included STLs are for a “12x25” fan replacement:

• Fan diameter: 110.00 mm
• Fan height: 16.50 mm
• Hub diameter: 37.25 mm
• Hub depth: 15.00 mm
• Nr of blades: 13

Printing:

• Print each blade vertically in "Vase" (Spiralize) mode with a few layers of "Initial Bottom Layers"
• Print the Hub
• Glue together all parts Cura profiles are included as a starting point.

• Customise each (x) parameter and see the result
• If necessary, correct the errors in items highlighted in red
• Adjust the Root Fairing to give it a nice slope for "Vase" mode print
• Customise the HubProfile sketch to fit your mount
• Export STLs for Hub & Blade (just one blade as they are all the same)
