This is a cable guide for routing the shift cables under the bottom bracket. I made this for a Van Dessel Aloominator.

It is designed to route a single cable down the center of the downtube, under the bottom bracket, and up to connect to the front derailleur. The mounting bolt is 5mm. Curvature is designed to wrap a 54mm bottom bracket outer shell diameter but can be modified with a bit of heat.
