printed with tpu for grip and petg for strength on non-flexible parts
you will need: print 2 TPU side pieces and one of every other part
TPU parts include: 2x barbell_collar_tpu_side.stl a barbell_collar_tpu_front_hinge.stl and a barbell_collar_tpu_rear_hinge.stl
PETG parts include: a barbell_collar_latch.stl a barbell_collar_top_left.stl a barbell_collar_bottom_left.stl a barbell_collar_top_right.stl and a barbell_collar_bottom_right.stl
6 m6x40 bolts with nuts 2 m3 bolts with nuts you will need a 2mm x 12mm long pin for the latch to pivot on. I used a nail with both ends ground off
the fit for the nut will be tight. use the screws to pull nuts into place.
instructions 1)insert the nuts on the inside of the latch 2)insert the front hinge into the latch and run pin through both parts 3) insert nuts on top right and left petg parts 4)line up each side one at a time with corresponding top, bottom, and a TPU side piece 5)tighten (do not overly tighten, this is a 3d print) one bolt at a time 6)insert rear TPU hinge between left top and bottom 7)fit the rear of the right side over the rear left and connect with a bolt 8)connect front hinge to the inside of the left side with an m6 bolt 9)connect the latch with to the inner right side with 2 m3x20
