Printing - Print as is, straight up. Needs no supports. If your having trouble with adhesion, you can use a wide brim. I would use 0.2mm print layer height, but any should do.

How it works - When printing is done, you will have to cut off the peg supports on the back side of the print. They are only 0.5mm wide and clip off easy.
