Modelo 3D Question Block with Yoshi por setzkor no Thingiverse

Descrição

Here is a replacement flasher cover mod for a Super Mario Pinball machine to add a Yoshi figure on a question block. I have utilized and modified bpitanga's Yoshi to sit on a question block coming out of an egg. This is designed to be a multicolor print. The majority of the Yoshi is just a resize (40%) of bpitanga's files. I did have to modify the mouth to accommodate the tongue as well as the white body to make it thick enough to print. Due to the size reduction, not all of the eye pieces can be reasonably printed, and it is easiest to paint them. I have attached the resized STL, but it may be preferable to download directly from below and resize in your own slicer.

The question block is based on Lucxor's work with a few modifications. The original is here

The egg was modified from yr3design original found here

This is designed as a multi-color print with the recommended color as the first part of the file name. Supports will be needed for the question mark block including on the inside where the question mark itself is (i.e. set supports to everywhere instead of just from bottom). I believe I also used supports on the nose to help stay round, I also printed that at low speed. I did not need supports for the arms and main pieces of Yoshi. You may need to play with orientation to get the best prints, especially on the nose.

If printed in multi-color, the only painting I did was to add a white dot to the black portion of the eye (the original white inner piece was too small to print reasonably). I also painted the green highlights on the white printed egg.

For assembly, the white question mark pieces should "click" into the holes in the yellow block after removal of the support, no glue is needed here. I used super glue on all the pieces of Yoshi, which I would do first, then glue into the egg. Last, use the pin to come up under the egg from within the block and glue the egg/Yoshi assembly to the pin/block.
