LOCK COTTAGE Mk2

UPDATED 30 OCT 2025 This is a redesign of my previous lock cottage. It is intended to be suitable for HO scale. (Please check dimensions below). I have lowered the roof in order to give it better proportions, the porch now intersects with the roof and the corners have large stones. Note: This is a very small building.

Dimensions Height of door - approximately 22mm (about 1.7 metres in OO) Length - 79mm Width - 46mm

Although I've called it a cottage, it's probably too small for that. In OO scale it is about 6metres long. (Probably bigger than an 'affordable' flat in London.)

I hope this design is useful. It prints okay - use a brim. Any issues? Please leave a polite comment and I will attempt a modification. Photos of successful prints would be great! I have included a photograph that shows the model on my own HOe layout.
