Original Hypercube Evolution bed design is good but has too much printed parts and the margin error gets bigger with time.

I made an alternative by using a different design.

DON'T USE THE BRASS ones.

• 18 X M5x10mm Screw (To fix the metal plates)

• 16 X M4x10mm Screw (To fix the Linear Bearings)

• 4 X M3x10mm Screw (To fix the Lead Screw POM nut)

• 2 X 2020 Aluminium Profile 415mm (The existing profiles can be used)

• 3 X 2020 Aluminium Profile 255mm (The existing profiles can be used)

• 7 X 2020 Corner Angle L Brackets Connectors.

• 4-7 X 2020 Corner Angle L Brackets Connectors, in order to fil the build plate.

Things to Print:

• 2X Z Axis Up Linear Rail Bracket Left

• 2X Z Axis Up Linear Rail Bracket Right

• 4X ​Z Axis Down Linear Rail Bracket 1-2

• 4X ​Z Axis Down Linear Rail Bracket 2-2

• 4-7X Z Build Plate Supports, must be combined with the 2020 Corner Angle L Brackets Connectors

Things to Cut:

2X Reenforced aluminium with 5mm thickness

Important:

One big modification was as well the linear guides supports, now you will gain some space on X-axis.

Added a new Z Axis Linear Rail Bracket as well, so be sure you will aligned them well. You can use the same rails as the original Hypercube Project
