Slip the middle section over a 1" nylon strap, slip the outer arms under the strap. Loop 1/8" bungee chord through the the middle hole, through itself. Tie the ends together, fasten objects to Molle webbing by locking bungee in place in the smaller holes. Compression should lock the cordage in place as the bungee returns to its normal size after stretching.
