If you require 3 power supplies, write that in the comments - I'll share my additions for this design to accommodate all three in a deeper version.

Update Aug 9, 2023: new "Pi Pan 2 Aug 9 2023" is a correction to the original. One of the board mounting hole was off, and the holes to attach it to the bottom panel are also fixed. Removing the original panel now.

Updated 07/06/2023 with new front panel that fits the raw Raspberry Pi 7 inch touchscreen.

On the drawing I found, the Pi monitor mounting holes are 115mm x 165mm. New front panel is labelled Front Panel Raspberry Pi 7 inch. I included STL as well as 3MF files.

I also find Raspberry Pi 7 inch touch panels for sale in a black case with mounting holes at 58mm x 49mm. If anyone wants to use this screen with this enclosure, let me know and I'll make an adapter to mount the screen in place of the raw screen mount option.

Original Summary: The last enclosure I used was a remix. I did this one myself. So please comment for anything you do not like or think I should improve.

I have printed this, and it works well. This will hold the power supply, the original power switch, the motherboard, a Raspberry Pi, a 7 inch touch screen and the Creality V2 Screen.

The original 8-bit motherboard, both Creality's 32-bit boards (4.2.2 and 4.2.7), and Big TreeTech's SKR Mini E3 V1.2 all have the same mounting holes - whichever you have - it should fit in here.

The monitors' links are below - I upgraded to the Creality V2 screen a few months ago, and I like the Maker Focus touch screens.

I got a 92mm fan for the side - and I used a metal mesh fan cover, but I threw a quick design together for a picture - could be used if needed. I have the air inlet (on the right side panel) at board level for better cooling.

There's room for a couple buck converters inside, a power bus, a power relay, and more?

Those are 19mm buttons for power.

I have a MicroSD card - SD card adapter slot in the back.

Disclaimers: The front panel is 262mm wide... this will not print on an un-modified Ender 3 And some wires may need to be extended...
