I decided to add an inexpensive Digital Panel Meter into a simple battery tester I am designing, I found an inexpensive (about $3 USD) Digital Panel Meter that works very nicely. As part of the battery tester project, I ended up making a nice little enclosure that could make this meter useful to others. While I wouldn't call this a "laboratory quality instrument", the meter is works well and will auto-range and measure any DC voltage from 0-100V to three digits of precision.

What you see here is a nice battery powered general purpose voltmeter. that can be easily printed and fully constructed constructed in an afternoon for less than $5 USD!
