I also included a cutting guide PDF that exactly matches the cutting template Rob includes in his free model package (his is curved to fit the helmet, but the PDF I included is a flat version to make cutting easier).

1.25mm welding plastic cut according to this guide will be held snugly in the helmet by these two mounting pieces (I used a Hobart Face Shield Replacement Shaded Lens 770580).
