I hate 'gluing' my printed parts together... So I pulled the meshes for the headboard and pillows together into Fusion360, and merged them so they printed as 1 piece. Then integrated 3.5mm pegs coming out the bottom, so it just slides together with the frame, without using toothpicks or whatever. No glue or extra pieces needed.
