3d printed fram for my glasses, prints flat, without support, the hinge works with a small piece of filament and a press fit.

Pla works great, you can use a lighter to slightly warm up the sides to bend them a bit inwards.

The profile is a 120°grove in the side for the glas, and the shape was referenced on a simple 2D scan
