Update: Two new designs - Cat ears and horns! Also, I slightly changed the shape of the ear piece because I was getting some sore spots with tight ear loops with the original design. Case studies! I have a friend with hearing aids who swears by this earsaver - it keeps his ear loops from interacting with his hearing aids - says it is a game changer for him. I also have had PE teachers who appreciate it - unlike other options - it doesn't slide around when they are leading classes in a mask. It fits nicely under a sock cap which is nice for people who don't want it to show.

Original post: I am a teacher with students who are in class all day several days each week. I looked online for Earsavers that would work for sensitive ears, and found existing solutions lacking in a number of ways. Problems with existing designs

1. If you have short hair and no bun - many styles slide down the back of your head leading to a loose and gappy face mask.
2. Many designs are so thick they don't mold to the head.
3. Most aren't large enough to capture the ear loops right behind the ears- for KN-95's with strong elastic - this is an issue.
4. Most designs weren't flat - the goal of this one is to create a stackable print for efficient printing of many copies! Want to make a few for my students? Please let me know.

A few caveats about this design...

1. You need a printer with a large bed to print the larger sizes.
2. I haven't mocked up the cute wing and crown styles for multiple sizes, but I should be able to if anyone wants them.
3. This isn't the quickest printing style - so if you have suggestions to make it faster - let me know, I can probably make changes as people suggest them. I want this to be a useful design for all students everywhere.

Assuming I can perfect this design, we need thousands of earsavers that actually work for all the students returning to the classroom. Please help!
