I made these bubbles because I wanted to print out a message that was special to me. To add text, an easy and quick way is on TinkerCAD. This is an easy and intuitive in-browser tool that you can use to add text to this model or any model.

This is for one text but if you'd like to print an entire conversation you could rotate the bubble onto its back and get what looks like a 'received message'.
