This is a diffusor (diffuser lens) for ANKER LC40 torch. Great for camping, reading, etc.! I have a similar one for my Fenix torch which is significantly smaller in diameter. It works very well and extends the usability of my flashlight so I decided to do a bit reverse engineering and "copied" the design to also have such a cool add-on for my children's LC40.
