This file is the actual size. I needed to scale it up about an mm to have it fit well with a TPA A85 filament. Some trimming is required around the USB-C port and the headphone jack, but this is easily done with your filament snips in the flexible filament.
I used a 1 mm nozzle, o.4mm layer height and 1mm line width and it printed in about an hour on my CR20 Pro! i found a few Brim lines worked well for bead adhesion. I designed it in Fusion 360 from measurements off my phone.
