Here is my design for a small box, 120mm x 80mm x 25mm, for save storing small things, screws, nuts and other stuff, which tend to "fly". Due to the flat design, it can be stacked.
This box was made from PLA, orange and translucent.
The mouse is my personal assistent and not part of the construction ;-)

The thickness of the walls is 0.8mm, so I suggest to use nozzels with 0.4mm diameter..
One word about the hinges:
The 3D models already provide the holes for the hings. I suggest to drill the holes to appropriate diameter of some stuff, you have nearby to be used as axis, like a toothpick, filament or wire.
I found, that a useful diameter is 1.5mm.
