My attempt at a printable SpielMas display. It's sized to fix standard meeples as pictured, but should scale up just fine if you want something larger.

I've added a SpielMas Display v2 file which fixes some minor geometry issues from the first iteration, increases the size and legibility of the numbers, and indents the numbers into the display surface. Narrow or top-heavy meeples should have an easier time staying upright with this new version.
