This is a rotating beacon light. It is designed to hold a 15x20mm electric motor, and uses two rubber bands to turn the shields. The lights would be dropped down into the middle of the shields via the bar at the top with the holes in it. I recommend a slower speed motor for this. I attached everything with 3x12mm screws.
