This is a combination of my 3D Labyrinth Sphere meditation tool and Asterio's excellent "Anything to Gear Cube" cutting tool. The 3D Labyrinth Sphere is an adaptation of the design of the walking labyrinth in Chartres Cathedral and other sites around the world. It is intended to be a handheld meditation tool about 3 inches in diameter. The design of the walking labyrinth goes back to at least the 14th century and is usually laid out flat in a setting large enough for seekers to walk the labyrinth path as a way of meditating and praying.

My design takes the path of the walking labyrinth and wraps it around a sphere in a size that can be held in the hand. It will allow the calming effects of walking meditation to be experienced by anyone, anywhere, including those with mobility or vision issues which would make walking a regular labyrinth difficult or impossible. The single, continuous path of the labyrinth can be traced with a finger from the starting point to the ending point, although both the start and the end are the same.
