Here's what I fixed and why:

4 separate files for each thing. Why not!
Mismatched 3 screw holes because otherwise wood breaks easily if there are parallel screws on the same grain
The U shaped hook is upscaled to 106% of original size because of tolerance problem (if you want original scale then scale it to 94.34%)
The U shaped hook has thicker arms so it doesn't bend open if something is trying to force the door open that this latch is holding closed (base plates are also equally wider)
