Want to add slick transparent side panels to your Replicator 2 like those on the 2X? Just print 4 of these clips for each side and cut yourself some polycarbonate sheet. They'll snap firmly in place but are easily removed when necessary. Good for reducing drafts and dust in your build area.

For each side panel you'll need four of these clips and a piece of 1/16" thick polycarbonate (or other material) measuring 8.25" x 7". I printed the clips from Makerware using the High resolution setting but specified 30% infill, 1 shell, and 0.2mm layer height. The narrower slot is for the new 1/16" panel material. The wider slot will fit over the Replicator 2's PVC side panel along the inside of the side windows. Fit two clips each on the top and bottom edges of your new side panel. Slip the upper edge into place first and press the lower edge into position. The lower clips will snap into place.
