Similarly to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4558553, this cache pot was made by playing with rounded, twisted (here) heptagonal shapes, but instead of "linear_extrusion" here I applied hull of neighbouring slices in OpenSCAD. The height is set to 12cm but you may choose different heights, ratios and twist rates but please check for manifold if you change too much.

Using a bigger vertical step (15 mm), the second rotated polygon produced a fancy irregular star shaped pattern on the sides.

(Due to the wall thickness I needed to set 80% of the dimensions in Prusa Slicer to fit it into the print area.)
