A small table lamp.

I used a E27 lamp holder from a pendant light fitting that has a narrow screw ring. The wider lamp holders leave a big gap at the top of the lamp around the bulb.

Printing the bottom part.

Print it upside down so that the rounded bottom prints correctly. Do not use supports.

Printing the top part.

You will need to support the ring in side the large hole. I have found that supports in the dowel holes are difficult to remove, set your slicer to block supports in those areas.
