This is sphere has structure that is called Gyroid. it's looks like organic structure but it can describe in mathematically. it's described in below implicit function.

This shape made by intersection of sphere and gyroid. And also added small torus(eyelet) for some purpose. if you through thin chain or something to a hole of torus, it use as a key chain, pendant, etc.

I made this using ABS with no support (base only) , and torus to be up orientation.
