Template for cutting an envelope to suit 160mm x 112mm cards. Includes slots to enable easy embossing of fold lines using a toothpick or other blunt, narrow object.
Requires a large build platform (major dimensions are 244 mm x 191 mm).
This piece was commissioned by a client (my wife) based on an envelope that she cut by hand.

Simply print this stencil, then use a Stanley knife / craft knife / scalpel to cut out the envelope, and use a toothpick or back of the knife to score along the fold lines (using the 2mm wide slots provided) to allow easy folding.
I recommend not using any kind of skirt/brim, etc when printing, as it may leave artifacts around the edges when removed, which will make it harder to cut smoothly around the stencil.
