These hooks are designed to be compatible with the IKEA VADHOLMA kitchen rack -- 804.023.81 -- i.e. a drop-in replacement for part number 195703.

I've added a "turned" version where the two hook ends are at right angles to each other. This let's you hang wide items such as frying pans with a much more space-efficient profile than the normal hook.
