I found a good creeper design on thingiverse and measured my son's toothpaste tube. Using Sketchup, I created a slot for the toothpaste to slide through the mouth. I resized the design a bit and printed it up on my Printrbot original. A little after print touch up and a quick paint job to finish it off.
