Print base, do not remove from build plate.

cut screen into a 5.5" circle, add to base with a few dabs of super glue to hold it temporarily.

print top piece in the same orientation with a 3.5mm z offset of home machine on center of first part.

I had good results printing the first layer of the top part at 125% extrusion and +10°C

i used fiberglass window screen which measured ~.4mm thick.
