This is a model of the Assertor Class Super Star Destroyer or Star Dreadnought from the Star Wars Legends.

It is a Imperial capital ship. This ship is newly Canon but has yet to appear in much content. It appeared in Legends and gained prominence because of a highly detailed model made by the artist Fractal Sponge. His worked inspired this model. This is my take on the ship and it is not 100% accurate, but I found no other 3d printable models of it. Its length is 15000 meters.
