This is a case for using up leftover MF68 PCBs, as designed by di0ib. Since the minimum order from JLCPCB is 5x, you're going to have some leftover parts if all you wanted was to swap the PCB on an existing Magicforce. Basically, you could use this to build new keyboards with that layout from scratch.

Additional parts (beyond the MF68 BOM):

• 6x McMaster # 94459A150 M4 threaded inserts, heat set, brass (buy extra, these are easy to mess up)
• 6x McMaster # 92832A326 M4 x 8mm button head screws, torx, ZP (or similar)
• 6x McMaster # 95495K39 Rubber feet (or similar)

Configuration:

Tilt is customizable, and the STLs are configured with 1 degree positive tilt (towards you). Set "Hand" to either L or R to set which half OpenSCAD gives you.

Pre-processing:

You'll need to calibrate for expected shrink/scaling error on your printer, with the perimeter, floor, and temperature settings that you hope to use. In my situation, printing with Creality PLA led to scaling the width up by 1.0056 to get the laser-cut plate to snap into place (a whole 2mm of interference with no compensation).

This can print without support except beneath the joint on the LH side, and inside the USB port opening on the RH side. If you're using Cura, use support erasers to enforce this. No amount of roof or floor is going to make this case rigid enough to use without all 6 rubber feet, but 3mm of perimeter will help ensure the heat-set insert has its rated strength.
