I drew this globe in Corel Draw , the globe have 250mm diameter and consists of seven rings and twenty four stringers to fitting. I did the drawing to be cut in 4mm material. Remember, if you think about increase or decrease the drawing so you must use a material as thick as the rabbet is. The result is a solid structure, it don´t need be glued.

To original scale you need to use 3mm thickness material like plywood or acrylic. IMPORTANT! , before cut all pieces make a test, cut only one part where have a rabbet and check if your material fit on it, if not , scale the drawing according to thickness of the material that you will use.
