This is a remix of the modular hat rack created by Mframe. It uses similar dimensions, but has been slimmed down. It uses about 60% of the material, and prints in almost half the time (about 3.5 hours on my printer). It also has a different snap-fit construction to further reduce materials and prevent the need for glue. You should not need supports if printed using the default orientation.
