Took the source helmet, made it solid, resized for the toy head, cut the bottom off and inside and voila! Get some mandalorian action in with your lego style mini figures! :)

I printed this as it is (vertical) with supports and it came out fine. You can also print it with the bottom of the helmet flat to the bed - to do so just rotate it 11.8 degrees.
