My self designed dough scraper to use with Tupperware 2352 Dough Bowl. It works perfectly, very resistant to breaking. I have made more than 10 sourdough breads with this scraper, I don't think it will break soon. The even the thin razor part holds it's shape. I won't give any guarantees, but totally coincidence, it works.
