Modelo 3D Faceshield slim no strap and stackable por renatogbarroso no Thingiverse

Descrição

After more than 40 days of search, tryies, adjustments and too many fails, I finally assembled a gcode models that could be stacked with quality, be easily unattached and the bottom of each piece has a good finish quality.

The common technic of just a gap between the copies didn't work for me... I've got too many layers that didn't connect/stick at bottom copy (printed on the air) or (with less gap) super sticked at bottom layer, that causes many problem to split two copies... Another problem (worst) was that the copies bottom layer has a terrible quality (lines with many spaces between them)... My wife(nurse) says that's unacceptable because can hold too many contaminants that may hard to clean/sterilize...

There were several changes (including manual changes in gcode) but my main discovery was to use a "problem" as part of the solution...

Did you remember when you print at low temperatures and some layers splits? .. So.. I did this in just 1 layer, the first / bottom of each copy of the stack.... When the printer start that layer, at gcode the hot end drops its temp to the lower possible to reach this goal! when finish this layer it returns to the default temperature.

I'll record a video and play on YouTube explaining everything I did... unfortunately will be just in Portuguese.. Sorry.. I'm very busy... These quarantine days aren't easy to me (my wife is a nurse, so I taking care of my home, my daughter, working at home, studying another graduation (computer engineering), and making faceshield to donation)

After using CURA to slice the first 3 models, ive used Qlikvire (yes the BI/dashboards application) to reproduce de layers and manange the gaps...

PT-BR
