Descripción
This is a stackable face shield design with a top covering that can be printed at a speed of ~1h per frame. The design does not require holes to be punched in the plastic foil, instead allowing it to be firmly secured in the slot around the band.
This stackable design does require specific temperature and speed settings for proper layer adhesion between frames (as seen in the photo).
Along with the model files, I attached the .gcode files that I use with my Prusa Mk3 (definitely compatible with the Prusa i3 line of printers). I also attached the PrusaSlicer project .3mf files that I used to generate the gcode.
***I have posted documentation on the specific print settings on Instructables: https://www.instructables.com/id/3D-printed-Stackable-Face-Shields/***
The fusion 360 file (.f3d) has parameters that can be modified for the stack_offset (the distance between the frames) and the levels_stacked (number of stacked frame levels.
The ZIP file contains all of the project files organized in different folders.
