What I am trying to do is replace the entire "gantry" setup on my QU-BD 1up with something simple to print and simple to assemble. I have just gotten done re-designing my assembly. I think it looks promising but I haven't had a chance to print it and test it out yet.

Update #1
-Started printing some parts last night realized that for some reason my scale is off by 10. I don't know why. But printing at 10x scale seems to be working fine.

Update #2
-I printed and assembled the machine over the weekend. I did have to sand and file a few parts to make them work and the Y End needs to be mirrored so I had to install it backwards to fit the machine together. It is successfully making prints but there are a few more Revisions that I will add to make sure it is easier to assemble.

I added extra support to REV1 Z plate and also shrank it to print easier on a 1up

Update#4 Just a quick update. I have been working on improving the design of the SparkinBot over the last week. I am making changes that will allow for simple adjustments to make sure everything is lined up correctly. I have also started on designing the bottom half of the machine to eliminate ALL MDF from the machine. I'm sorry I haven't uploaded any of these changes yet. I want to print them and test them before I release them.

I feel like what I have already uploaded to thingiverse works and is an imrovement on the original design and I am trying to make all the parts I am re-designing backwards compatible with what I have already released. So if you wanted to start building it the way it is now newer parts will be interchangeable.

1ea Z plate Bottom
2ea Belt clamps
a total of 11 parts
the Sparkinbot stl isn't needed It is just to show the entire assembly.
