Here's a simple clip hanger I created for wire shelving. The width and depth of the opening were built around my current shelf, so YMMV. It should be easy to change the hook shape or extend parts to make them fit your shelf/needs.

Inside Clip Depth: 6mm Inside Clip Height: 25mm Clip Width: 20mm

I've included SKP (because I still use SketchUp) and an STL file.
