remix of dbb4000 original design. Liked simplicity & effectiveness of original design and small size allowing large batch to be printed at once. But wanted to make a little longer, also took opportunity to remove some of the hard corners that weren't adding to strength.

We printed out a few different designs on thingiverse for local hospital to try out, and this was the one they liked best. We've made a few hundred now and keep churning them out with no end in sight...
