This version eliminates the need to remove support-structure after the fact. Just Print, brake them apart and assemble!

The pins are based on a standard ISO 838 hole pattern with four holes - "888" They are all 80mm apart and use a standard hole punch.

The side tabs are made for an elastic band with hole cutouts.

Important! This stack is optimized to print on my Ultimaker 2+ with a 0.8mm nozzle.

TIP: if you get some stringing on the parts use a hot air gun for a couple of seconds to make those go away, this really works wonders!

(but it also worked on my sidewinder x1 with 0.6 nozzle)

The attached gcode file is for an Ultimaker 2+ with 0.8 nozzle and will print 20 of these in 8 hours! (use at your own risk)
