Protective face shield designed with simplicity in mind.
key purpose of this design is allow build face shield as simply as possible to help doctors and anyone who currently struggle with lack of medical devices.

Size can be changed just by updating Modify -> Parameters-> "Main Diameter" in fusion360 (all other dimensions are connected)

Transparent shield MUST be composed from 2 parts
- Clear PVC A4 Presentation Binding Cover (around 150um) - but this foil is not strong enough and even more important it generates a lot of static electricity!!! E.g. https://www.printfinishingsuperstore.co.uk/clear-pvc-a4-presentation-binding-covers-180-micron-pack-of-1000-986-p.asp
- Lamination Foil A4, 125µm Put the binding cover to laminatioon foil and laminate it using heat. This will create perfectly good enough shield for general purposes - with NO static electricity issues!! E.g. https://www.gataric.net/EU_en/binding-laminating/324-lamination-foil-a4-125mum

note: One idea from comments on this thing from user "Shurak" how to handle static electricity: "For the shield, I made antistatic spray: 6 parts water, 3 parts kitchen vinegar, 2 parts hair conditioner and it did wonders after wiping shields with that solution. Made dozen and counting, very strong demand." - This has not been tested and the question is also hygiene. But maybe worth to try with 200um foil
