Box for a sensor program being run in Singapore by Roland Turner, Yahi - yet another hase index. The project is a community air quality measurement initiative to test haze across Singapore.

It uses a small sensing station that consists of a Shinyei PPD42NS/NJ dust particle counter paired to a Spark Core, (https://www.spark.io/).
Instruções
The set consist of 4 files:
- The case base - the base for attaching the sensors and spark core to.
- The case cover - two versions of this are provided.
- A solid version
- A version that contains a small hole to insert the clear plug into. This clear plug shows the status of the spark core board. When the spark core connected to the Internet a led slowly 'breathes' in blue.
- Washer - a small washer to attached the dust sensor with
- Clear Plug - a small plug that fits into the cover to show the status sensor of the spark core board.
The Case cover and Case holder are printed at 20% fill. Which ever colour you prefer
Plug printed at 100# in clear (so the light shows through)
Assembly

- the sensor board slots onto the base and is affixed with the washer and a 3mm screw.
- the spark core is held in place with a cable tie.
It is a pretty tight fit. The base will snap into the cover.
