This is an improved design on the CHEP creality hotend insert

Why use this insert over the original? This revised insert ensures that your PTFE tubes are as alligned as possible. The allignment is important because if they are not alligned your filament could experience resistance or get cought on the gap in between the inserts. the is a real possibility especially when retracting.

What is the difference? I designed the insert from the ground up. I didnt change the original model, but i changed the design. I made a new model and made some circles where the PTFE tube can be slotted into.

Print recommendations: Print with a raft to ensure that there is no elephants foot. Print with supports (not required) Print in PETG or another higher temperature plastic (not required... PLA also works fine)
