this work by ratcheting as you tighten up the tube (by turning the knob)

i used supports, of where there is only i tiny bit.
after assembly work in the ratcheting part because there is a little bit of support under the ratcheting levers.

you could try to print without supports, but i havent.

there is turning direction indicator on the opposite end of the turning rod.

i suggest very high infill for the area between the roller knob and the end, to make it as strong as possible and to keep it from breaking to soon.

added a frame with a slot because of request. but i personaly dont like it because its more work.
