This one of my character designs from last year that I finally sculpted to give away at Gigacon in DC January 12-13th, 2013.

The model is approx 10 cm wide as is. The one I ended up printing was 7 cm but the bigger, the better.

I printed it using the Replicator accelerated defaults (.27 layer height, 1 shell, etc) and on my first test, used .20 layer height. I couldn't get anything lower than that to turn out pretty so I wouldn't recommend giving it a try (lots of gaps in the base and front legs). I did use a raft but I'm not sure if it's necessary.
